To your first appointment you need to bring your ID, Insurance card/information, list of current medications or medication bottles, and any other medical information or records related to your medical conditions.

Your first appointment can last about one hour. If you fill out the initial paperwork in advance, this can reduce the time of your visit.

On your first appointment you will be filling out paperwork regarding you contact details, insurance coverage (if any), and medical history. The doctor and the staff will go over the information you gave and make sure nothing is overlooked regarding your health information. The doctor would normally send you home with lab orders to check how is your health. No procedures would be performed on the first appointment unless there is a pressing reason for a procedure.

We have availability withing a week.

Your follow-up appointment will depend on your healthcare need, your insurance coverage, and our availability. The estimated time can range from 3 weeks to 3 months.

If you were in the hospital, we would like to see you within 72 hours of your released from the hospital.

Patients are free to choose which doctor they see. If you want us to be your Primary doctor, some insurances required that you notify them of these changes. We can help you with the process of changing doctors.

For your follow-up appointment, make sure to inform the staff of any changes in your contact details, your insurance, and any new medications you are taking. Also make sure to inform of any hospitalizations and procedures you might have undergone.

It is recommended to get a Pap Smear once year, especially if you are sexually active.

You should get lab work done at least once a year if you don’t have any chronic medical conditions. If you have medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc. you should get tested every 3 months to check and control the status of your illnesses.
